3 Sheet Pan Meals to Try: No-Mess One-Dish Wonders

The biggest challenge of eating healthy is time!


I always struggle with fitting in the extra cooking on top of the extra cooking.


Sheet pan meals are faster, one dish wonders with minimal cooking and clean-up-- here's the basics:


Start with a large rimmed baking sheet Heat your oven to 400 degrees Chop vegetables + place on sheet Add a protein + place on sheet Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast for 20-25 minutes (until your vegetables & protein are cooked and golden)

Here are some of my new favorite combinations: precooked chicken sausages with peppers and onions, spicy lime marinate swordfish with roasted pepper and fennel, and herbed chicken with roasted root vegetables and squash.
